From the Archives
In November 2010, I went to photograph as part of the Thirty Days 2010 project. The weather made it an interesting day in Denver on this day. For most of the afternoon the wind howled and just before 4pm rain started to fall which quickly changed to large snowflakes. It was about that time I was out with my camera, however as quickly as the weather moved in… it moved out.
Taking advantage of the conditions, I checked out some locations on my list and ended up in Commons Park. I am always looking at different perspectives of the Denver skyline and what is experienced when entering the downtown area. Using the “November grass” in the park I was able to capture an image of some of Riverfront Park and the Millennium Bridge.
