The Getaway Monday this week takes us to Glacier National Park, which I last visited three years ago. This image was taken on the trail to Hidden Lake which starts at the Logan Pass Visitors Center. This area is one where you can almost always find mountain goats during the summer months. In years past it has taken some time to get the Going to the Sun road open to the pass due to plowing and road repairs. In 2007 the road did not open until July, however getting to the top of Logan Pass and exploring some of the trails which depart from this location is worth the wait.
A picture tells a story. With so many ways to tell a story, a picture not only communicates the vision I see but allows viewers to interpret the story in their own way.
The enjoyment of communicating stories through images has been with me since I was young, and it has grown over the years. Working as a software implementation consultant and now photographer my business and artistic knowledge allows me to look at projects from a a center point. This balance lets me refine my photographic vision and tell the necessary story which will make your next project exciting and successful.
