The Getaway Monday image this week is fall in New York City. While visiting for the annual PhotoPlus conference, New York City Music Photographer Ahron Foster, took me to the Museum of Modern Art for the Big Bambu installation by the Starn Brothers. Upon leaving MOMA we decided to walk through Central Park on the way to the Javits Center where the conference takes place. It was a nice brisk morning in the city and perfect fall day as I brought out my disposable Kodak film camera to capture a few images in the park. There is a little irony this was the camera I brought with me on a trip for a photography conference. Once again this year I will head to PhotoPlus and maybe will see you there.
This image was taken with a disposable film camera and returned as a scanned image during processing, some minor adjustments were made in Lightroom and as it was film there was no need to remove any dust.
