Over the weekend a good amount of snow fell in Juneau, and last night some more started to fall. With camera in hand I headed over to the Governors Mansion here in Juneau to photograph the holiday snows with some fresh snow falling. The mansion itself is in a residential area not too far from the capitol building. Yesterday was also when the newly elected governor was sworn into office, but in all it was a peaceful night at the mansion.
A picture tells a story. With so many ways to tell a story, a picture not only communicates the vision I see but allows viewers to interpret the story in their own way.
The enjoyment of communicating stories through images has been with me since I was young, and it has grown over the years. Working as a software implementation consultant and now photographer my business and artistic knowledge allows me to look at projects from a a center point. This balance lets me refine my photographic vision and tell the necessary story which will make your next project exciting and successful.
