Since the renovation of Union Station in Denver it has been fun to explore the area and find new perspectives and images from the changes to the complex. This was no different when I looked up at the canopy and captured the curving lines to the right as well as to the left under an overcast sky. When you are shooting with black and white film you start to look at the scenes a little differently knowing the medium will capture differently.
Just before Labor Day I photographed around Denver with some fellow photographers using film. As we walked around the River North (RiNo) District as well as Lower Downtown (LoDo) it was fun to get back to the roots of my photography which is black and white film.
