“Earlier in the week as I was waiting for a train to cross on a nearby street, I noticed a small reservoir northwest of Denver. I decided to head to Jim Baker Reservoir for the Thirty Days 2011 project. It is 1.4 miles around the entire lake and there were plenty of people out enjoying the nice fall day in the area. I started with photographing some rocks in the lake, but it wasn’t until I was heading back to the car that I noticed the reflection of this tree in the lake.”
