Walking through Old Car City you start to see the variations of color on a car. While this can provide some great details to photograph and pull out abstract shapes from the paint, however using a tripod provides another opportunity as well. With a tripod and longer exposure it is possible to move the camera just a little which will provide a different look of the scene. Yes it is possible to do this without a tripod, but making the even lines is easier then by hand holding the camera.
To me in this scene the abstract view becomes a sunrise/sunset with clouds in the sky. Is there something you are seeing in this photograph?
