Hood ornaments on cars used to be quite the statement. Walking through Old Car City there were plenty which were on the hood of the cars, but also many had been damaged or are missing. While walking through the grounds I spotted many of interest, however this one stood out to me with the detail on the ornament itself as well as the detail on the car which also adds to the scene. Using a shallow depth of field, I was able to get the focus to start to drop off by the end of the ornament itself and let it blend into the rest of the hood.
