Walking through Lillehammer, Norway it was a nice change from being in Oslo for a few days prior. In this scene I found an old fence which let me see the field behind which was still bright in color in late September. By using a shallow depth-of-field, the field starts to go out of focus bringing the attention to the fence which is in focus. The out of focus field I felt was the opportunity to let your mind wonder of memories in the past of being in a field like this or thinking what could be happening there today.
