While exploring Washington DC on a weekend I came across an opportunity to photography the United States Capitol reflection. This was taken walking past some of the skylights for the visitors center on the east side of the building. With rain the day before some of the water still remains on the glass. but the change to calmer conditions overnight provided the clear blue skies on that morning.
